Refund policy

At ModeParis, your satisfaction is important to us. If an item you ordered doesn't work out, we've made the return, exchange, and refund process as simple as possible. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect at each step.

Return Window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery — no reason needed. Whether the fit isn't quite right, you've changed your mind, or the item simply isn't what you expected, you're welcome to send it back within this period for a refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

Starting a return only takes a few steps:

  1. Email contact@modeparis.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Within one business day, our team will send you a prepaid return label by email.
  3. Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation it came with.
  4. Attach the return label to the parcel and drop it off at your local postal office.

Once your return is on its way, keep your drop-off receipt or tracking number until your refund has been confirmed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The goods must be complete, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Any labels, tags, and protective films must remain attached and undamaged.
  • Hygiene items and sealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been opened, for health and safety reasons.

Items that don't meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back and we'll be glad to help.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or item rather than a refund? We're happy to offer an exchange instead — just let us know when you first contact us so we can arrange it alongside your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a little additional time to reflect the funds in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping. This is why we provide a prepaid return label with every approved return request — you won't be charged to send your item back to us.

Additional Warranty

In addition to your statutory consumer rights, we offer an additional warranty of 2 years on our products. If you experience an issue covered under this additional warranty, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem, and we'll advise you on the next steps.
