Shipping policy

We want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you place an order until it arrives at your door. This page explains our handling times, delivery estimates, shipping regions, shipping costs, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way.

Handling Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team prepares it for shipment within 1-2 business days. "Business days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will begin processing on the next available business day.

Delivery Time

After your order leaves our warehouse, transit typically takes an additional 2-4 business days to reach you. Combining handling and transit, most orders arrive within approximately 3-6 business days of purchase. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee, as delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather.

Shipping Regions

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We are not currently able to fulfill orders to addresses outside this region.

Shipping Costs

Exact shipping costs are calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you always know the total cost upfront. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping are shipped to you at no additional cost.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to follow your parcel's progress and see an estimated delivery date.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

While we work hard to ensure every order arrives safely and on time, issues can occasionally occur during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has not reached you within the timeframe stated above, please contact us right away at contact@modeparis.store. Let us know your order number and describe the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
