1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every order placed through the Bush living online store ("we," "us," "our") by consumers and business customers alike. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order. We reserve the right to update these Terms for future orders; changes will not affect orders already placed.

All contracts formed through our online store are concluded with Bush living at the address above. Please use the contact details provided if you have questions about an order, these Terms, or any of our policies.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer to sell. They are an invitation for you to place an order. When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart.
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation email does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of your offer. A binding contract of sale is only formed once we accept your order, which we do either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you, whichever happens first.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed on our product pages are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes required by law. Any shipping costs that apply to your order are calculated and displayed to you during checkout, before you complete your purchase, so that you always know the total cost of your order in advance.
We currently ship to the United States and offer free shipping on orders placed through our store.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time your order is placed, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You may choose from the following payment methods, which are presented to you during checkout:

- Apple Pay
Depending on the payment method you select, additional terms from the relevant payment provider may apply. We do not store your full payment card details; payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
6. Delivery
We aim to prepare and hand over every order to our shipping carrier within 1–2 business days of contract conclusion or receipt of payment, whichever is later. Once your order has been dispatched, you can generally expect it to arrive within 2–4 business days. These timeframes apply to deliveries within the United States, which is currently the only region we ship to.
Please note that handling and delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays.
7. Retention of Title
All goods supplied by us remain our property until they have been paid for in full. This means that, in the case of partial or deferred payment arrangements, ownership of the goods only transfers to you once the full purchase price has been received.
8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Because we cover the cost of return shipping, returning an eligible item does not cost you anything.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We also offer exchanges, so if you would prefer a different size, color, or item rather than a refund, please contact us using the details in Section 2 to arrange this.

9. Warranty
Your statutory warranty rights as a consumer apply to all purchases made through our store and remain fully in effect, regardless of any additional warranty described below.
In addition to these statutory rights, we voluntarily offer an additional warranty period of 2 years on products purchased from our store. This additional warranty is offered by us at our discretion and does not replace, limit, or otherwise affect your statutory consumer rights, which continue to apply in full alongside it.
10. Dispute Resolution
We encourage customers to contact us directly using the details in Section 2 so that we can work together to resolve any concern or disagreement about an order. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, either party remains free to pursue the matter through the courts or any other dispute resolution channel available under the governing law referenced below.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Should any individual provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the unenforceable provision will be treated as replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its original intent.
